Refund/Return Policy

We have a 30-day take it or leave it policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a store credit towards another item. Returns and refunds are not applicable for any reason.

To be eligible, your item must be, it doesn't matter, unworn or unused, dragged through the mud by the delivery person, fell off the truck on the freeway, used to swing from a tree by an irate postman, whatever, just show us a photo when asked with location and time shown. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start, you can contact us at support@newhoryzonz.org. Please note there is no address because you can't return it, but if you want, our business address is 371 Hoes Lane, Suite 200, Piscataway, NJ, 08854.

Just contact us if you are not satisfied with your product for any reason and we will promptly give instructions on what to do with it and process your store credit so you may purchase a product more to your liking. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, if a return was requested and accepted, one of us was probably extremely exhausted and forgot we don't accept returns and we'll use the product to entertain our dogs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You know what, see, I'm tired, I already forgot we do not accept returns of any kind for any reason.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make sure you filled your cart correctly. Did you check the size chart? Did you select the right color? If you have, and once the credit request is accepted, which we will ensure to the best of our ability to be very, very quick, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Since it traveled the ocean blue, we will make sure our dogs know the tale of the long traveled item before they rip it apart and move on to the next one.

 

Refunds (which don't exist)
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your request for credit, and it should be approved, because hey, why not? If approved, you’ll be automatically credited in your account, which hopefully you have, because if not and you checked out as a guest, that involves more work for us and now you will have to have an account because we can't just be giving random people we don't know our money.
If more than 3 business days have passed since we’ve approved your credit request, it probably means we found out you're lying and that's a shame because we trust everyone and we want everyone to trust us and for us all to have a pleasurable relationship as seller and buyer, but worst case scenario, please contact us at support@newhoryzonz.org.
