New Horyzonz Photography is primarily a location-based practice, creating personalized sessions in environments that complement each client’s story. A private studio is available for select sessions where controlled conditions or enhanced privacy are essential.

Photography subscriptions apply only to the services and benefits listed within the selected plan. They do not include additional services, products, or upgrades unless explicitly stated.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, unused time, missed sessions, or early termination.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent renewal.

Unused sessions or benefits do not roll over, and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or credits, or reassigned.

Scheduling is subject to availability, and missed or no-show appointments are forfeited.

Plan features, pricing, and included services may be updated at any time. Continued enrollment signifies acceptance of any updates.

Subscription benefits apply only to the subscriber and cannot be shared or transferred.
