These Terms apply to all users of the website, including visitors, subscribers, clients, and purchasers of digital or physical products, bookings, and memberships.

1. Website Use & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use New Horyzonz services. By using this website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. Unauthorized use or misuse of the site may result in termination of access.

2. Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, graphics, branding, written content, downloadable materials, and digital assets displayed or provided by New Horyzonz are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute, republish, sell, screenshot, record, or commercially use any content without written permission.

Client images delivered through paid photography contracts, including galleries and downloads, are subject to the specific usage rights granted within each signed service agreement.

3. Privacy Policy

Your use of this site is subject to our current Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, stored, and used. Continued use confirms acceptance of all privacy practices.

4. Account Access & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of policies.

5. Services, Bookings & Availability

Photography, videography, editing, and related services require formal booking confirmation and payment. Session dates are not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason.

6. Memberships, Subscriptions & Digital Access

Access plans and subscription memberships provide non-transferable benefits as described at checkout or within plan policy pages. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Subscription plans related to photography do not guarantee availability or priority scheduling unless expressly stated.

Digital-access–only plans do not include photo session credits, prints, or physical items.

7. Payments & Billing

All purchases, subscriptions, and bookings are billed in USD. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided, including recurring billing if applicable.

Chargebacks and payment disputes may result in account suspension.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refunds, credits, cancellations, and rescheduling rules are governed by the posted New Horyzonz Refund Policy.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated according to policy terms.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, including partial billing cycles.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products follow the terms of the New Horyzonz Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Digital products are delivered electronically; once accessed or downloaded, they are considered fulfilled.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse site features or access tools

  • Attempt to bypass security systems

  • Infringe on intellectual property

  • Upload harmful or illegal content

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

Violation may result in legal action or account termination.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Wix, payment processors, streaming platforms). We are not responsible for external service performance or policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

New Horyzonz is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, contracts, or business opportunities

  • User misuse of provided content or tools
