New Horyzonz Refund Policy (Strict / No-Refund Policy)
This Refund Policy applies to all services and products offered by New Horyzonz Photography, LLC, including but not limited to photography plans, session bookings, subscription memberships, digital or downloadable content, physical products, and premium website access plans. By purchasing, booking, subscribing, or downloading through any New Horyzonz platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies stated here and within all related Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers provided at checkout and in confirmation communications.
No-Refund Policy
All payments made to New Horyzonz are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, regardless of circumstance. This includes but is not limited to:

Photography session fees, deposits, and package payments

Subscription membership fees (site access or photography plan subscriptions)

Digital downloads, retouching services, proofs, and editing files

Physical prints, albums, and merchandise

Gift cards, credits, or promotional purchases

Travel fees and add-on services
Once payment is submitted, no refunds, chargebacks, partial refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, dissatisfaction with creative style, personal circumstances, weather conditions, technical issues beyond the control of New Horyzonz, or client non-participation.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and studio approval and must comply with the rescheduling guidelines outlined in the New Horyzonz Service & Session Terms. Rescheduling does not qualify for refund or credit. Missed or canceled sessions without completed reschedule approval will be treated as client forfeiture and will not be refunded or credited.
Subscription Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions (photography plans and non-photography site access plans) renew automatically. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription through their account prior to renewal. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not provide refunds for unused time, billing cycles already charged, or partially utilized services.
Digital Products
All digital files, including previews, proofs, retouched images, raw files, video content, or downloadable assets, are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Chargebacks
Any attempt to force a refund through chargeback or bank dispute will be considered fraudulent, and New Horyzonz reserves the right to pursue full legal remedy, including fees, recovery costs, and suspension of services. All communication, proof of delivery, and acceptance records will be forwarded to the financial institution.
Policy Acceptance
By completing any purchase, booking, or subscription, you legally agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that you have voluntarily waived the right to request refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks.
