This Digital Content License (“License”) governs your use of any downloadable files (“Content”) purchased or accessed through New Horyzonz Photography, LLC, including but not limited to digital images, photobooks, videos, artwork, VIP Room files, and all related media.

By purchasing or downloading the Content, you agree to the terms below:

1. Grant of License (Personal Use Only)

Upon purchase, New Horyzonz Photography, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to:

  • Download and store the Content for your personal, private enjoyment only.

  • View the Content on your personal devices.

  • Retain a copy for your private digital library.

No other rights are granted under this License.

2. Restrictions (Strictly Enforced)

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, or upload the Content to any website, platform, or service.

  • Share, forward, sell, trade, or distribute the Content to any third party.

  • Edit, alter, crop, watermark, remove branding, or modify the Content.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. No Public Performance or Publication

5. Termination of License

This License automatically terminates if:

  • You violate any restrictions listed herein.

  • Refunds or payment disputes occur.

  • New Horyzonz Photography, LLC determines misuse of the Content.

Upon termination, you must immediately delete all copies of the Content.

6. No Guarantee of Perpetual Access

You are responsible for safely storing your downloaded files.
New Horyzonz Photography, LLC is not obligated to reissue lost, deleted, or corrupted files.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or accessing the Content, you acknowledge:

  • You agree to abide by all restrictions.
