PHYSICAL PHOTOBOOK LICENSE & USAGE TERMS

This Photobook License (“License”) governs your purchase, ownership, and permitted use of any printed photobook (“Photobook”) produced and sold by New Horyzonz Photography, LLC.

By purchasing, receiving, or possessing a New Horyzonz Photobook, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership of Materials

You own the physical Photobook in your possession.
You do not own, transfer, or acquire any rights to:

• The images inside the Photobook

• Any likeness of the models

• Any artwork, layout, or designs

• The New Horyzonz brand, logos, or intellectual property

All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of New Horyzonz Photography, LLC and its affiliated creators.

2. Permitted Use (Personal Use Only)

You are granted the right to:

• Possess the physical Photobook

• Display it privately in your home or personal collection

• Gift the physical copy to another individual (only if not duplicated or reproduced)

No additional usage rights are granted.

3. Strictly Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Scan, photograph, copy, digitize, or reproduce any page or image

• Upload or distribute any contents online (including social media, forums, cloud services, AI datasets, etc.)

• Sell or resell digital scans or reproductions

• Use the Photobook contents for commercial purposes

• Alter, crop, edit, or repurpose any included imagery

• Create derivative works from the content

• Use the Photobook images for AI training, synthetic content, or machine learning

Any violation constitutes copyright infringement.

4. Limited Resale Rights (Physical Only)

You may resell the original physical Photobook you purchased as-is, without modifying it, scanning it, or making any reproductions.

Digital resale, reproduction resale, or content extraction is strictly prohibited.

5. No License to Models’ Likeness

Nothing in this License permits you to use, imply, or associate the models’ likeness, identity, or persona in any public or commercial capacity.

All models retain full rights to their image and representation.

6. No Public Exhibition

You may not publicly display the Photobook or its images in:

• Galleries

• Shows

• Online exhibitions

• Commercial events

• Any public-facing environment

Except with prior written authorization from New Horyzonz Photography, LLC.

7. Liability & Damages

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Photobook contents may result in:

• Immediate termination of rights

• Civil liability

• Criminal penalties

• Digital Rights Management (DRM) enforcement

• DMCA takedown actions

New Horyzonz Photography, LLC will pursue all remedies for protection of its intellectual property and the privacy/rights of featured models.

8. No Guarantee of Replacement

If your Photobook is lost or damaged, New Horyzonz Photography, LLC is not responsible for replacement unless otherwise stated by warranty or special edition terms.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or owning any New Horyzonz Photobook, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the rights and restrictions herein

• You accept that the content is protected under U.S. copyright law

• You will not reproduce or misuse the material in any form
