Service Description

Photo Restoration / Retouching is designed to elevate client-supplied images through careful, professional adjustments that refine color, lighting, detail, and overall finish while preserving the image's natural character. This support service applies only to externally provided imagery and is not a substitute for the editing and delivery included with photography captured by New Horyzonz. Basic Retouch Clean & Bright $25 / image Minor blemishes, skin smoothing, basic color correction, and minor exposure or contrast work. Standard Retouch Polished Portrait $35 / image More detailed skin retouching, stray-hair cleanup, minor sculpting, and light texture work. Advanced Retouch Refined & Radiant $45 / image Advanced retouching, detailed color work, and controlled shadow or highlight refinement. Artistic Retouch Creative Finish $70 / image Creative edits, stylized color grading, artistic light effects, and approved conceptual enhancements. RAW Camera File Batch / Volume Processing Gallery Edit Package $10 average / image Ten camera RAW files processed at a reduced rate. Larger batches are reviewed and quoted according to file condition, quantity, requested finish, usage, and deadline. Camera RAW masters, unedited originals, commercial or publication use, complex compositing, and unusual source files require review and a separate written agreement before work begins. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance or a final price.

New Horyzonz Service Policy

By booking with New Horyzonz Photography / New Horyzonz LLC, clients agree to the following terms for photography, approved motion add-ons, and consultations. BOOKING & PAYMENT A non-refundable retainer secures the scheduled date and begins planning. Consultations and service balances follow the active service page, invoice, and signed agreement. A consultation is not confirmed session coverage, and a retainer is not the full service price. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed when requested at least 72 hours in advance. Late changes, no-shows, or cancellations inside 72 hours may forfeit payments under the signed agreement. If New Horyzonz cancels, the client may reschedule or receive the applicable refund. LATE ARRIVALS Sessions begin and end as scheduled. Late arrival may reduce available session time. Arrivals 20 minutes or more late without notice may be treated as no-shows. LOCATION & WEATHER On-location work is the primary approach. Studio use is limited and may be arranged when the concept, privacy, lighting, or logistics require it. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled for unsafe conditions. DELIVERY & EDITING Delivery timing, included revisions, finished files, and any rush option follow the active service page or signed agreement. RAW or unedited files are available only through a separate approved written agreement. COPYRIGHT, RIGHTS & PRIVACY New Horyzonz Photography / New Horyzonz LLC retains copyright unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients receive personal-use rights unless broader rights are contracted. Client work remains private unless a written release authorizes a specific portfolio, social, product, protected-access, publication, platform, or commercial use. Booking alone does not grant promotional usage. Privacy is not a paid upgrade. CONSENT & SAFETY Privacy-sensitive and age-restricted work requires adult consent, clear boundaries, and release alignment. Clients may pause, adjust, or stop at any time. A chaperone is allowed. Minors require a parent or legal guardian and are not eligible for age-restricted sessions. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Clients are responsible for preparation, approved location access, required permits, and respectful conduct. Final scope, liability, usage, payment, and delivery terms are controlled by the signed agreement.

Photography Subscription Plan Terms

By enrolling in a photography subscription plan with New Horyzonz Photography, you agree to the following:

Photography subscriptions apply only to the services and benefits listed within the selected plan. They do not include additional services, products, or upgrades unless explicitly stated.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, unused time, missed sessions, or early termination.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent renewal.
Unused sessions or benefits do not roll over, and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or credits, or reassigned.
Scheduling is subject to availability, and missed or no-show appointments are forfeited.
Plan features, pricing, and included services may be updated at any time. Continued enrollment signifies acceptance of any updates.
Subscription benefits apply only to the subscriber and cannot be shared or transferred.
