SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Submissions are accepted year-round.
Artists working in any country may apply for consideration.
All work is reviewed for tonal alignment, compositional discipline, and narrative integrity prior to placement.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS

Quantity
6–12 images per submission.

Exclusivity
Submitted work must not be published elsewhere at the time of review.

Presentation
Images must not contain watermarks, logos, or branding.
File Format
JPG or PNG
Color Profile: sRGB or CYMK (Will be converted to CYMK)
Resolution & Dimensions (300 dpi minimum)

Portrait Orientation
8.5 × 11 inches
Minimum: 2550 × 3300 px

Landscape Orientation
17 × 11 inches
Minimum: 5100 × 3300 px

File Size
Minimum 1 MB per image.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
By submitting work for consideration, I confirm the following:
I have obtained permission from all members of my creative team, including but not limited to photographer, model(s), makeup artist, stylist, and any additional contributors, to submit and publish the work.
 
I represent and warrant that I am the rightful owner of the submitted images and hold all necessary rights, including copyright, to grant publication authorization.

I grant VYXENS: THE EDITORIAL a one-time, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the selected images for the following purposes:
• Print publication
• Digital publication
• Website display
• Social media promotion

I acknowledge that selected images may undergo minor retouching or formatting adjustments for print and layout preparation.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless VYXENS: THE EDITORIAL and its parent entity from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from breach of these representations or from unauthorized use of submitted materials.

I understand that once a submission is accepted for publication, it may not be withdrawn.
