Service Description

Photo Retouching is designed to elevate your existing images with careful, professional adjustments that refine color, lighting, and detail. This service ensures each image looks polished and cohesive, while maintaining its natural beauty and character. Photo Retouching services are available exclusively for externally provided imagery and are not applicable to photography captured by New Horyzonz. Basic Retouch Clean & Bright $25 / image Minor blemishes, skin smoothing, basic color correction, minor exposure / contrast. Standard Retouch Polished Portrait $35 / image More in-depth skin retouching, stray hair removal, minor sculpting, light texture work. Advanced Retouch Refined & Radiant $45 / image Heavy retouch: smoothing, body sculpting, advanced color work, shadows / highlights. Artistic Retouch Creative Finish $70 / image Creative edits, stylized color grading, artistic skin and light effects, conceptual enhancements. RAW File Batch / Volume Conversion Gallery Edit Package $10 average / image 10 images processed at a reduced rate (for clients ordering many images). Larger batch options available upon request at a sliding scale reduced rate. Extra Edited Image — $10–$25 per image beyond included

New Horyzonz Service Policy

By booking with New Horyzonz, clients agree to the following terms covering photography, videography, and consultations. Sessions are primarily conducted on-location. A private studio may be used when creatively or logistically required, or upon request during consultation. BOOKING & PAYMENT A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session date. Remaining balance is due 48 hours before the session. Consultations are paid in full when booked. Bookings are not confirmed without payment and signed agreement. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Retainers are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed if requested 72+ hours in advance. Late rescheduling, no-shows, or cancellations inside 72 hours result in forfeiture of all payments. If New Horyzonz must cancel, clients may reschedule or receive a full refund. LATE ARRIVALS Sessions start and end on time. Late arrival shortens session duration. Arrivals 20+ minutes late without notice are considered no-shows. TURNAROUND TIMES Photo galleries: 7–14 business days. Video preview: 14–30 business days. Final video: up to 45 business days. Rush fees available. Timelines begin after final payment. EDITING & RAW FILES All editing and creative decisions are at the discretion of New Horyzonz. One revision is included for video. Extra revisions bill hourly. Raw or unedited files are never released. COPYRIGHT & USAGE New Horyzonz retains full copyright. Clients receive personal-use rights. Commercial licensing requires additional agreement. Content may be used for portfolio and marketing unless a paid privacy request is submitted prior to the session. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Client must secure permits, prepare appropriately, and treat equipment and staff respectfully. Damage caused by negligence is the client’s responsibility. A guardian must be present for minors. MODEL RELEASE & PRIVACY Booking grants promotional usage permissions unless a privacy upgrade is purchased. WEATHER Outdoor rescheduling is at the studio’s discretion for unsafe conditions. LIABILITY New Horyzonz is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or external incidents. In the event of total file loss, liability is limited to amounts paid. SATISFACTION No guarantee is made for specific outcomes. Communicate preferences in advance.

Photography Subscription Plan Terms

By enrolling in a photography subscription plan with New Horyzonz Photography, you agree to the following:

Photography subscriptions apply only to the services and benefits listed within the selected plan. They do not include additional services, products, or upgrades unless explicitly stated.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, unused time, missed sessions, or early termination.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to prevent renewal.
Unused sessions or benefits do not roll over, and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or credits, or reassigned.
Scheduling is subject to availability, and missed or no-show appointments are forfeited.
Plan features, pricing, and included services may be updated at any time. Continued enrollment signifies acceptance of any updates.
Subscription benefits apply only to the subscriber and cannot be shared or transferred.
